On-Site Classes: If your Chief or department would prefer, we can set a training schedule to meet the needs of your department or area and we will send an instructor to your location to conduct the course in your facility. Our Fire In Texas instructor will then administer the required skills during the conduction of the course.
The course is recommended to be covered in 60 hours with 40 hours recommended for classroom activities and 20 hours allotted for skills. However, depending on the number of students, homework assignments and the concentrated course presentations, this course can be presented in a 40 hour week.
Upon successful completion of the course, Fire In Texas will award the student with a Certificate of Completion from the Texas Commission on Fire Protection. This document will be presented to the Texas Commission on Fire Protection to establish the students state testing date, location, etc.
Contact Fire In Texas for additional information or dates available to bring this certification training to your department!
